| 24th April | WA Masters' Games are held every two years in Albany, this year from 17th-26th April. The Games include a paddle race on open water. Usually there's a social paddle as well , all organised by Albany Canoe Club. |
| Sunday, 6th June | Kalbarri Canoe and Cray Carnival - novelty paddle events for youngsters as well as short races and a 6km race downstream for adults. Scroll to the event on the sidebar. |
