Port Sails Luxury Canal Villa with it's own jetty is located on the canals of Port Mandurah

About Us

Port Sails canal villa is situated in the ‘Port Mandurah’ area of Halls Head, which is very close to Mandurah’s main district.

 

The villa consists of:

 

Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning through out.

 

3 Bedrooms;

           Bedroom 1: Queen bed and ensuite with a balcony viewing

           the canal.

           Bedroom 2: Queen bed and fitted wardrobe.

           Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (bottom is a double) and fitted

           wardrobe

 

 

 

3 Bathrooms;

           1 Ensuite with Bedroom 1 (with hairdryer)

           2 Upstairs for Bedrooms 2 & 3

           3 Downstairs

 

 

 

Kitchen;

           Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave and most standard items

           Dishwater.

 

 

 

Lounge / Dining;

           Lounge suite with Plasma widescreen TV and DVD player

           Selection of in-house movies

           Foxtel satellite TV

           Playstation 2 - BYO games

           Radio/CD player

           Dining suite for 6 persons.

 

 

 

Laundry;

           Laundry room with front-loading washing machine, tumble drier and

          outside courtyard with clothes line.

 

 

 

Parking for 2 cars –

           1 in carport, 2^nd in-front of main door, any other vehicles

           must park park  outside the complex so as not to obstruct

           access to other villas. Small boat  trailers will fit in one of

           the car bays but larger trailers must be placed outside the

           complex  – special arrangements can be made with various

           boat clubs in the area.

 

 

 

Jetty -  6m  jetty for mooring of boat and / or fishing crabbing etc.

           We share the jetty with next door and have sole use of the

           right hand side.

 

 

 

Linen is available for hire, this includes bedding (sheets & pillowcases) and towels.

 

 

Patio facing the canal includes outdoor seats and table for 6 persons. Gas BBQ is included, if the gas bottle needs to be refilled a receipt must be provided by tenant(s) for reimbursement. Please note there is no safety fence between the patio area and the canal for young children.

 

 

Please note that this is also our holiday home and request any tenants treat it as if it was their own. The villa is part of a 15-unit complex and some are permanently lived in so please respect their privacy and car parking spaces! Because this is part of a Strata complex there are certain rules and regulations we must all adhere to – if you have any questions or doubts please ask us. Unsociable behaviour is not acceptable within the villa or complex and will result in forfeit of your bond.
