Outcare Inc, apart from being a service delivery organisation, is a legal Association which operates as a council of members. It is overseen by a Board of Management elected from the membership. You can consider joining as a member and this will help the organisation in a number of ways. Our client base is not high in the priorities of the community and Government, and a strong membership will serve as an illustration of the support we do have and will encourage other people to join our endeavours in providing services and support.

A strongly supported organisation will have the confidence, vitality and direction to effectively and positively work in this difficult area. Outcare plans to take a more public and proactive role over the next few years and invites you to join with us in this endeavour.

To become a member you will need to fill out a written application form which requests some basic information on your organisation or yourself as an individual and the application will be considered at an Outcare Board Meeting.

Members of Outcare come from all walks of life, from Judges to ex-offenders, church groups, business's, volunteers, other community support groups and so on. Outcare has increased its membership from 20 in late 1989 to over 110 groups and individuals.

We are hoping that in the future we can utilise our members to provided us with greater policy direction and input, and we welcome the interest and involvement of our members.
