The Little Wombat™ is a 50cm by 37cm stainless steel non vented fire box, double skinned with ceramic wool insulation which keeps the unit cool running and safe around children. It is also environmentally friendly when using it either as an open fire or BBQ. Being non vented the fire cannot drop any ash at all on to the ground. The Little Wombat comes with specially made cast iron cooking plates, a D cell battery operated rotisserie for cooking roasts, and a convenient heavy duty canvas zippered carry bag. The stainless steel lids act as serving trays when dining and a tube of “Hot plate magic” is included for permanently treating BBQ plates. The campfire uses heat beads or timber as a fuel source and the patented design uses some very unique ways of breathing air to the fire , allowing the cooking heat to be easily regulated. After cooking with hotplate and grill,, remove the plates and add some timber for your campfire. On turning in, close the lids to smother the fire and leave it weatherproof. |
