Making Skewers is EASY!

This skewer box maker is imported from Italy and includes top and bottom polyethylene skewer guides, stainless steel cube with knife guides, stainless steel square sheet and a stainless steel metal spike.

- Place a layer of meat, then a layer of flat capsicum and alternate layers.

- Place squid hoods and tuna fillets in alternating layers.

- Place slices of bread with jam and chocolate spread in alternate layers.

- Place slices of pineapple, peach and pear and make a fruit stick.

1. Layer pieces of meat / fish/ vegetable or even fruit or bread - its up to you. 2. Place top lid on and push bamboo skewers from top to bottom. Use the metal spike to pre-skewer if needed.

3. Do all holes. Easiest way is to start from one end and complete in rows. 4. Use a long knife and cut, using the slots in the cube as guides. Do one side and then turn 90 degrees and repeat at right angles to previous cuts.
5. Use provided square metal sheet to keep skewers in place whilst removing the top lid. 6.Now remove the skewers, ready for cooking or simply pack and freeze when you need them.
