TIP#1: - When using Bamboo skewers on these grills, always pre-soak them for at least one hour before cooking. This will help prevent the bamboo burning and falling into the coals.
TIP#2: - A faster way to light your charcoal is to use a butane gas torch. Simply pile up on one end a handful of charcoal and heat with torch until a section starts to glow. To speed up you can also fan the pile.

Cooking is simply done directly over the coals. Control the heat by placing a layer of hot charcoal at the bottom. Cooking time is around 5 minutes per skewer.

For Lamb Arrosticini, it is recommended to salt at the end of cooking and serve straight off the grill.
Medium size grill is a great all rounder as it can be used in tight spaces like verandas and balconies yet provide enough food to serve a small family or a group of friends.
