Matthew Asprey

Matthew Asprey is a writer from Sydney, Australia.

His short stories and essays have appeared in Island, Extempore, Total Cardboard, NEO, and various underground publications.

In 2008 he was awarded second prize in the Australian National Jazz Writing Competition at the Melbourne Writers' Festival.

He teaches creative writing at Macquarie University, Sydney.
